So picture this……..you're a powerhouse middle aged woman, killing it in your career and home life but when it comes to NUTRITION & FITNESS, the struggle gets real. I mean, we all know what we "should" do, but for some reason, it's STILL not happening. Nutrition used to be my Achilles' heel, seriously I would jump into a new workout or diet, get frustrated if the scale didn't budge, and then throw in the towel... at least until I would think I had it figured out the next time to try it all over again only to be in the same damn spot!!!
But guess what? Once I found those missing pieces and channeled my efforts in the RIGHT places, I shed 50 lbs, built my dream body, and for the first time I actually felt confident in my own skin. Plus, I've been running a successful business and actually having a life WITHOUT falling off the fitness wagon for the last 4 years!
